Sundown house is an ideal location to tour Ireland's Ancient East and Wild Atlantic Way. You will need to hire a car in Cork city for these tours, if you do not already have one.
Many guests attending wedding at the Castlemartyr Resort choose to stay with us as the village of Castlemartyr is just 3km away. A few minutes beyond Castlemartyr you will find the Blue Flag Garryvoe Beach, where guests can take in some seaside walks, swimming or some sea fishing. Stroll the stunning Ballycotton Cliff Walk or enjoy the Ballycotton Lighthouse Tour all in East Cork.
Rostellan in East Cork located a short distance from Midleton town and Castlematyr it offers the tourist wonderful waterside views with lots of opportunity for boating, kayaking, sailing, walking routes and an area extremely popular for bird watching and with a locally produced chocolate shop on the door step and wildlife along with the popular Trabolgan close by for the kids to enjoy lots of indoor activities and a chance to view some Birds of Prey.
